Seattle values hold: Case-Schiller

The March Case-Schiller Index report is out, and Seattle is at 132.97, up 0.11% from last month’s 132.85. The nationwide index is as 138.16, down 0.77% from 139.23. Nationally, we’re at Spring 2003 levels; locally, we’re at Summer 2004 levels.

Over the past year, national values are down 3.61%; Seattle values are down 7.48%.
