We just attended a fabulous continuing-education class presented by our friends at Old Republic Title called, “Diversity & Real Estate.”
Roger Savy, the presenter, is a South African who is about to become an American citizen (“Yes, that will make me a white African-American, and that’s my point!”). The course draws heavily on his experiences as an international pharmaceutical sales representative, and it tailored to meet the needs of real estate professionals.
The course objective is to give real estate sales professionals the tools to detect and adjust to cultural differences in the sales process.
Real estate licensees are required to complete thirty hours of approved continuing education every two years.
